The Australian Access Federation (AAF) includes all Australian Universities and a number of Australian research institutions. You can find the complete list of AAF subscribers here. 

All current staff, student who work, research, teach or study at any of these institutions is entitled to use services available through the AAF. 

The institution will issue a username and password to use when logging.
