Troubleshooting issues with your identity attributes

If you are trying to access a service and you receive an error, it might be because the attributes released from your organisation's IdP are incorrect.  AAF have developed a tool, called the AAF Attribute Validator, which allows you to see your own attributes and check for potential problems.

This information can assist Service Desk Staff or Administrators in determining the cause of your issues, or to find relevant account details. For example, the administrator may need to know your shared token for authorisation purposes.
