There are many web applications which offer integration with federations. Some of these include Drupal, Confluence, Moodle, MediaWiki and Sakai. The Shibboleth Consortium provides a list of those services which support federation integration, last updated in 2013 https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/ShibEnabled. 

The AAF Service Catalogue https://aaf.edu.au/services/service-catalogue.html includes a list of services already available in the Federation.

A more direct approach is to search preferred web applications for SAML 2.0 support, or contact vendors and developers directly.
