The Australian Access Federation (AAF) Support service is available from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday AEST. The times of operation may vary depending on your geographical location, and the variation of Queensland public holidays from year to year.


A subscriber's support contract may specify alternate times or after-hours support. The AAF may occasionally publish alternative support hours. The AAF will offer the best effort to support all participants and institutions via the Support Portal and the AAF website when this occurs.

Unless notified via the support site or email, support tickets submitted out of hours will receive AAF attention on the next operational business day.
