The following outlines the general hours of operation for Australian Access Federation Support and Services.
Please note the times of operation may vary depending on your geographical location, the variation of public holidays according to the base operation and the geographical holidays as specified by the Australian Calendar of public holidays which again varies from year to year. Prior notice may not always be given although our best efforts are made to make all participants and institutions within our support and AAF website
The AAF Support service is available from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday AEST. Some support contracts may specify alternate hours or after hours support which can be found within your original support agreement with the AAF.
Support tickets submitted out of hours will be attended on to on the next operational business day unless specific via our support site or email.
