Incorrect OIDC end point

Incorrect OIDC endpoint use in a application will return the following error.

Error: 
OpenID Connect Provider error: qdl_error 
Description: 
Could not find 'COmanageRegistry/default/identity_token_ldap_claim_source.qdl'. Is your script path set?

When integrating with the CILogon DEV/TEST/PROD environments, select the most appropriate endpoint from the following for your envir. These pages detail the available OIDC metadata for each environment.
